Amalfi, Santo 'Sonny' 1969-2009

It is with most profound sadness that we announce the unexpected passing of Santo (Sonny) on November 20, 2009 at the age of 40. Beloved husband of Jennifer. Dear father of Domenic and Emma. Dear son of Fred (Marilyn) Amalfi and Lynda (John) Butler. Son-in-law of Brian and Helen Monighan. Loving brother of Lisette, Bernadette, Lynette (Ed), Rhonni, Rob and their families. Brother- in-law to Dave. Sonny will be sadly missed by his many aunts, uncles, nieces, nephews, cousins and friends. Special thanks to the staff in the ER Department at St. Joseph’s Hospital and the staff of the HIU at the Hamilton General Hospital. Visitation at BAY GARDENS FUNERAL HOME – “William J. Markey Chapel,” 947 Rymal Road E., (between Upper Gage and Upper Ottawa) HAMILTON (905-574-0405) on Tuesday, November 24, 2009 from 2-4pm and 6-9pm. A funeral service will be held in the chapel on Wednesday, November 25, 2009 at 11am. Burial to follow at Mount Hamilton Cemetery.
