Agnew, Barry Patrick 1969-2009

It is with profound sadness that we announce Barry’s passing after a lengthy illness. At home, surrounded by his loving wife Anna (Sanvito) and his beloved sons Theodore, Thomas and Andrew. Barry went peacefully into God’s embrace. Much loved son of Norman and Carol Agnew (Marino) and son-in-law of Bruno and Nancy Sanvito. Friend and cherished brother of Brad (Dina) and loved brother-in-law of Maria Bazzo and Josie and George Stubbs. Barry was a loving uncle to Paul, Marc and Lucas Bazzo, Nicole, Matthew and Anthony Stubbs and Trajan, Samuel and Veronica Agnew. Barry was loved and will be sadly missed by many aunts, uncles and cousins. Barry was employed at the Region of Niagara and a long-time employee of Sears. Barry was loved and respected by all. Visitation at BAY GARDENS FUNERAL HOME, 947 Rymal Rd. E (between Upper Gage & Upper Ottawa) HAMILTON (905-574-0405) on Sunday, August 9, 2009 from 2-4pm and 7-9pm. Vigil prayers will be held at the funeral home on Sunday at 8pm. A funeral mass will be celebrated at Corpus Christi Church on Monday, August 10, 2009 at 10am. Interment will follow at Resurrection Cemetery. Donations to the Juravinski Cancer Centre would be appreciated by the family. Please the online Book of Condolences.
