Accadia, Jack 1938-2009

The family is saddened to announce the sudden passing of Jack on August 26, 2009 at the age of 70. Loving husband of Anne. Devoted father of Jakki (Geoff), Steven and David. Cherished grandfather of Nathan, Zachary and Jacob. Dear son-in-law of Olwen Belton. Jack will be missed by his brothers and sisters Angelo (Jean), Michael (Helen), Loretta, Adeline (Paul). Jack is predeceased by his sister Theresa (Leo). Brother-in-law to Lee (Dawn), David, and Gwen (Gord). Jack will always be remembered by his many nieces, nephews and friends. A special thank you to Dr. Bulger and the nurses at West Haldimand General Hospital for their care and compassion during this difficult time. A celebration of Jack’s life will be celebrated on Saturday, September 5, 2009 at Paramount Drive Alliance Church, 1035 Paramount Dr. Stoney Creek. Service will take place at 11:00am, with visitation one hour prior at 10:00am. Cremation has taken place.
