Abramovich, Robert 1932-2011

An incredibly vibrant man in his 79th year has left us much too soon, as he still had a lot of living left to do.  Loving husband and best friend of Mary (nee Rusnov) for 53 years.  Amazing father to Steven (Cindy), Donna Burke (Steve) and Tom (Laura).  He was the most special Deda to Stephanie, Hailey and Nikki Abramovich and Brady and Jordan Caprice, always taking the time to support them at their sporting events.  Brother of Dolly Miolich and Jessie Belajac (Jerry).  Brother-in-law to Tom Rusnov (Halyna) and Evelyn Rusnov.  Will be sadly missed by many nieces and nephews.  Bob lived each day with incredible joy as an avid golfer and an original member of the “fabulous” Balkan Strings Tamburitza Orchestra for the past 62 years.  His infectious smile and curly white hair will be remembered by all who were blessed to know him.  Visitation will take place at BAY GARDENS FUNERAL HOME “William J. Markey Chapel”, 947 Rymal Road East ( between Upper Gage and Upper Ottawa) Hamilton (905-574-0405) on Friday from 2-4 and 6-9 p.m.  Funeral Service will be held in the Chapel at Bay Gardens on Saturday September 3, 2011 at 11 a.m. Cremation to follow.  In lieu of flowers donations to World Vision or Hamilton SPCA.  Please sign the online Book of Condolences at www.baygardens.ca
