A sincere and heartfelt thank you to the wonderful staff at Bay Gardens on Rymal Road, Hamilton during the recent loss of my husband Issac Denis Monteiro. You helped us with decisions when we were so overwhelmed with choices. Amy and rest of the staff were wonderful and caring at all times. The space was beautiful and spacious. Amy, your helpful advice was really appreciated. Though we had many, many visitors during the visitation, the place was adequate. The parking was also great. The PowerPoint presentation was beautifully done. Our family was very pleased with the cheery and tasteful decor of the place. The service we received was excellent in every way. The reception place was excellent and everthing was done well. Your staff was great at the reception as well. You made our ordeal a little easier with your caring ways. Thank you for everything.
