Dear Mr. Markey: At this time, I would like to thank you and your staff for all of your patience. Their performance and dedication with my family and myself have been outstanding. My office hours are nine to five and the Bayview staff were very accommodating. They were available in the evenings and on the weekends for both my family and myself. We were always greeted with a friendly smile and addressed every concern we had with the ultimate of knowledge and dignity. I dreaded the pre-planning of my own funeral arrangements and was truly not looking forward to coming into the mausoleum and purchasing what I knew was my final place of rest. Again, the staff managed to make me feel at ease. The passion and kindness projected was overwhelming. Any family member that accompanied me to my many scheduled visits is now looking forward to Bayview staff assisting with their pre-planning. The enthusiasm and organizational skills shown by your staff have made our dealings extremely pleasant. What truly amazing and compassionate human beings.
