We would like to take a moment to personally thank Ms. Lindsay Jones for her help and guidance after the death of our father/father-in-law. She was extremely professional and knowledgeable,friendly and most sympathetic. The Celebration of Life Service we chose was perfection and her graveside manor was impecable. I know that we all appreciated her expertise and manor. Bay Gardens is a wonderful spot when you are in this situation and really makes you feel like someone cares. We thank you. The entire Williams family would like to thank the entire staff at Bay Gardens for the excellent way they handled our family during our time of grief at the loss of our Dearly Beloved, Son, brother,uncle,grandfather, great uncle and fantastic father Peter E. Williams- Sept/10/10. Your Empathy, patience, compassion,and understanding certainly made our burden lighter, and helped us through the most difficult time in our lives. The efficiency of the staff was almost palpable. The peace and tranquility was experienced by all. Just wanted to take the time to say THANK YOU to Chris Markey, Michael Dickinson and Lindsay Jones for their wonderful support during a very difficult time in my family's life this past May (2010). With the unexpected loss of my sister, Mary, the Bay Gardens staff showed extreme sensitivity, kindness, caring and guidance with all of our arrangements. It was a large funeral and everything was handled with ease. Coffee, tea and water were always on hand. Your staff was always available. The facilities on Rymal had a hotel feel to it, rather than one of a funeral home. My sister was a five star gal and on some level she probably appreciated our choice in funeral homes. On behalf of my family, we offer many thanks and gratitude for your service. Without hesitation, we recommend Bay Gardens as an appropriate choice when deciding on a funeral home. ~ Helen Romanidis
I can't begin to thank Mark and all the staff at Bay Gardens for making our families experience during the worst time of our lives a pleasant and easy one. At bay gardens they do strive at excellence when telling your loved ones story. Mark and all of the staff went above and beyond the call of duty when dealing with our horrible situation. When we were making the arrangments right through to just making sure we had a glass of water they were there. We do not belong to a church and had my brother's service at the chapel which was absolutely amazing right down to the most amazing minister who told my brother's story like she had known him for years. Thank you Vicki you are an amazing woman. We also had the reception at bay gardens which again was awesome and the staff could not do enough for our family or our guests to make sure they had everything they needed. There is no other funeral home in this city that can compare to the feeling you get walking in the door or the fact that they can accomodate the largest of services. My brother was 21 when he passed away so we needed the space to accomodate a large visitation and a large service. I never once had the feeling that I was at my brothers visitation it felt more like a social gathering because the surroundings are so much not like your typical low light funeral home that seems somber and dreary. Bay gardens made the best out of a horrible situation for our family and we cannot thank them enough. I have had so many people comment to me during and after the funeral what an amazing place bay gardens was and how they want to come their when it's there time. It really makes you feel like you are celebrating your loved ones life like they would want you to do. On behalf of myself and my entire family, I would like to send a heartfelt thank you to Mark and all the staff at Baygardens. The entire staff went above and beyond our expectations, and for that we are forever grateful. At a time of such sorrow, it is comforting to know that there are people like Mark who take great pride in their profession.
