Good Grief, Part 1

As summer recedes and autumn falls upon us, the beauty of the season can warm our hearts. This time of year can often bring about a longing for what once was, knowing full well that the chill of winter will soon be here.


Grief comes in many forms; the loss of a loved one, a job, a friend, or a pet, even the transition from one season to another can trigger signs of grief. Being aware of the process is a way to cope with the loss, whatever that loss may be, and to help bring you peace and find joy again.
